'Lovely apartment and good communication from host. Super views of the lake from the balcony and the centre of town and transport within easy reach. Unfortunately we had a lot of street noise (presumably from the main square) until 3-4am on two nights…so little sleep! Everything else was great.'

'Great value hotel. Kitchen is well equipped for simple meals with supermarket just around the corner. Area is very walkable but not very quiet from local traffic early in the morning. Strong winds could also make the windows rattle.'

'We had a great 3-night stay. Apartment was large, free on-site parking was always available, and we especially enjoyed sitting at the table and chairs while looking at the lake. Owner was very helpful and went out of his way to make sure we had all the information we needed. Good location outside of the city center, yet easy to walk to two very good breweries that served food as well. '

'Though a bit of a walk to town, it was comfortable and safe. We did have issue with the plumbing in the kitchen sink and it would have been nice to have instructions for how to use the gas appliances because we struggled with the stove and ended up accidentally turning off the hot water tank without realizing so no hot shower in the morning. Overall a nice place; would probably stay again. Of note: El Calafate has a whole bunch of friendly dogs that will follow you along for walks and hangout...

'Hospedagem de extremo bom gosto, tanto área comum como apartamentos. Em função do calor acima do esperado, o apartamento ficou muito quente durante a noite. O ventilador do quarto não foi suficiente. Sugiro mais um ventilador na sala e eventualmente, um ar condicionado. No restante, tudo ótimo! Recepção excelente.'

'Foi otima, equipe muito atenciosa, ambiente agradável, café da manhã bom. Pontos que devem ser melhorados: 1.Internet não pega nos quartos apenas na área social. 2. Na piscina tem um bucal que puxa o cabelo das pessoas, um perigo que pode causar um acidente gravissimo. '

'Communication was lacking No information came the day before as they said so not easy to be at the door and no information how to get in Hot water was not working in the bathroom sink and water adjustments in the shower and Bidet were very tricky Wifi was hit and miss it worked for only the first day No service so toilet paper was short and towels should have been changed we stayed three days and garbage piled up'

" Hotel Hampton by Hilton in Bariloche is in a beautiful location, close to the center and overlooking Lago Nahuel Huapi. The hotel offers good facilities such as a fitness room and a standard Argentinian breakfast (included in your stay). The rooms are comfortable and well equipped. I hesitated between booking this hotel and the NH Edelweiss. In retrospect I am very happy that I chose Hampton by Hilton, because it saves an extra 100 meters up and down the hill and you have a much nicer view of the lake. And it saves 200 euros on the total stay! "

"Bedienden onvriendelijk, kamer half gekuisd, vuilnisbak in de kamer nog vol ... En: check in is om 14 uur: niemand mag erder in de kamer! Mensen staan te wachten in de hall .. Noit gezien"
