For rent, spacious apartment on the 1st floor of a villa with breathtaking views of the sea, the rocky coast and on a pedestrian and tree-lined promenade.

You will also enjoy a magnificent 100m2 terrace equipped with a table and 6 outdoor chairs, deckchairs.

Inside you will benefit from all the necessary comfort with 2 bedrooms (1 equipped with 1 double bed 140x200, the other with 2 beds of 90x200) and an option of an additional bed for baby, large closets and dressers, a bathroom with shower, an independent WC, a fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, American fridge, espresso coffee machine, dishwasher), a large living room with TV, internet and a washing machine.

All linens, water, electricity, tourist taxes and internet are included in the rental price.

The apartment is located in the heart of the Argelès-sur-mer beach center, close to all shops (bars, restaurants, supermarkets) and many activities (including for children).
The nightlife is very active during the high season and it can possibly bother you if you are mainly looking for calm.

Flat with a fantastic view
We spent one week in Argeles-sur-Meer in this wonderful appartment with a stunning view at the beach through the palm trees. We were greeted by our host, who was extremely friendly and spoke perfect English. He explained us the ways about the apartment and gave us some great tipps about the sightseeing in the area. The appartment is very nicely decorated and has everything that you need on a holiday. The kitchen is well equipped, we cooked almost every day. The highlight is obviously the sea view from the huge windows and a very big terrace. There was a big parking space, where a lot of cars park during the day. Our host reserved a parking slot for us on the first day. Afterwards we didnt use the car anymore, as we would have lost the parking slot then. There are few supermarkets nearby, which can be easily reached by foot. In the evenings we sat oft on the terrace enjoing the beautiful view at the sea or we stralled through the many shops which were just downstairs. The flat is situated in a very lively neighborhood with a lot of shops and restaurants. Under the flat there were shops and a cafe, which got closed in the evening. The restaurants played oft live music were therefore quite loud. But it didnt bother us much, as we knew about it prior to our arrival. The best things about this lovely holiday were the absolutely amazing sea view from the a very nice and spacious flat, the friendly and safe area and a great host. We enjoyed our week a lot!

Traumhafte Lage
Es war wunderschön. Strandurlaub, wie er im Buche steht. Toller, sehr freundlicher Vermieter, sauberer Strand und direkt vor der Tür das Leben. Geschäfte, Restaurants, Bars direkt vor der Nase. Allerdings für den, der etwas geräuschempfindlich ist: hier ist abends Party angesagt :) War für uns aber kein Problem. Das beste an der Wohnung war die Terrasse. Riesig mit bestem Blick auf Promenade und Strand. Dazu aber dennoch von äußeren Blicken geschützt. Kleines Manko: Parkplätze sind rar oder teuer :p nachts ab 0 Uhr bekommt man aber auch auf dem kostenlosen Parkplatz eine Stelle. Alles in Allem ein Traum Urlaub! Danke!

Le logement est conforme à la description et aux photos. Idéalement situé entre commerces et mer. Nous n’avons pas trouvé bruyant. Les propriétaires père et fils sont très sympathiques. Le petit plus : la machine à laver le linge.

It was a pleasure to spend time in your property. We loved the balcony and the aspect it provided over the beach and bay. One of our guests was an artist and we spent time examining the wall art which was much appreciated. This rental provides immediate access on foot to the shops, bars and restaurants as well as the lovely promenade walks along the shore. Without too much effort the port with its restaurants and bars is reached, leading on to the pretty little former beachside fishing village of Le Racou ,which then gives access through the trees onto the coastal footpath around the cliffs towards Collioure.

Appartement, terrasse et vue sur mer magnifique. Rien ne manque et tout est fonctionnel et de qualité. David, ainsi que ses parents sont fort sympathiques et très accueillants, des petites attentions nous attendez à notre arrivée. Nous avons adorés , et particulièrement nos ados, la proximité de la plage ainsi que les nombreuses activités idéalement bien situées. Super! Magnifique! A renouveler! L'appartement superbe. L'emplacement idéal! L'accueil chaleureux. L'appartement est plus qu'agréable. très facile à vivre. La terrasse permet par sa superficie de très bien en profiter. Face à la mer, avec des transats , une grande table conviviale. Nous avons adoré. Lovely apartment, stunning location
My partner and I spent 1 week here with my parents towards the end of September. The apartment is literally on the beach, the views from the living room and balcony are beautiful and we never got tired of them. Really recommend getting up early and watching the sunrise on the beach with a cup of coffee, bliss! It was so convenient being less than a minute from the beach. The beach itself was so clean and the people were so friendly. Lots of local shops and restaurants. The host David was super friendly and welcoming. He was great at staying in touch, communicating information and really helpful. The house was spacious, clean and comfortable. Can not fault this place, would love to go back, hopefully soon xx

Spacious, right on the beach, vibrant location. Great fun; don't expect an early or quiet night.
David is a charming, careful and welcoming host, and we were very well looked after during our stay. The apartment is very spacious, comfortable and well equipped, and he provided coffee and a lovely bottle of wine on arrival. Perhaps a few basics for cooking to get us started (salt, oil...) would have helped, but that's being very picky. The location close to the beach was wonderful, and we could easily wander down for a swim whenever we liked or pop out for a drink in one of the many bars nearby. This is the only problem, really, as the noise from the bars and clubs did make it difficult to sleep or relax at night, often continuing well into the early hours and running through the night as the clean-up operation proceeded. One night a chap started busking with a large sound system right outside the apartment and didn't stop till after midnight. We tried leaving the windows open and getting used to the noise but had to resort to closing them and using the air - con in the end. Its a vibrant, fun place to be, and close to the car park and funfair, but if you're after peace and quiet then probably best to look somewhere else.

Luxury Apartement directly on the beach. Best deal ever!
We loved this appartement from the first minute on. David who welcomed us was very nice and told us, that the flat was used as a family home and not ment to be rented off. It ist furnished in a very elegant way and offers a lot of space. The rooms are decorated with interesting paintings and objects of art. The kitchen provides everything you can expect and a huge fridge with an ice cube machine.We appreciated this every evening preparing our Aperitv with the local Muscat wine from Banyls or a Pastis, typical for France.The appartement consists out of two bedrooms, a shower, a toilet, the kitchen and a huge living room facing the sea in a spectacular way. You can follow the sunrise (6:05 a.m.) and you have sun all day long on the terrasse. This is the highlight of the place! There you find a table for your meals and also 5 wonderful deck chairs for a relaxing sunbath in full privacy. Bars, restaurants and shops are right there but we did not feel disturbed by the noise that sometimes can be heard in the evening. The appartement is in the first floor, downstairs is a place that offers crepes and gallettes, but this little restaurant is not open at night. You can park your car for free on a parking lot very close to the house but it is not possible to drive right to the house as it is in the pedestrian zone. Forget your car! For excursions along the coast to the other beautiful villags like Collioure or Banyls or even to the spanish border or to Perpignan you can take the One-Euro-Bus !! We loved the area which offers more than just the beach, a lot of sightseeing and hiking but most of all we loved this apartment!!! Thank you David, one day we will come back.

Tolle Wohnung mit fantastischer Terasse
Die Ferienwohnung war für unseren Aufenthalt mit 2 Kindern absolut perfekt. Sie ist sehr geschmackvoll und hochwertig eingerichtet und durch die vielen Fenster und den wundervollen Blick sehr hell. Von jedem !! Zimmer gibt es einen Zugang zur riesigen Terasse. Obwohl die Wohnung in einem sehr belebten Viertel liegt, genießt man auf der Terasse absolute Privatsphäre, was wir sehr geschätzt haben. Es stehen Liegen zur Verfügung und besonders komfortabel sind die elektrischen Markisen. Auch die Rolläden sind elektrisch, es gibt eine Klimaanlage, die Betten sind sehr bequem, die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet es fehlt wirklich an nichts. Der Strand ist sehr gepflegt und sauber. Supermarkt, Bäcker, Apotheke, Restaurants, Bars und Cafés sind in unmittelbarer Nähe und wir haben das Auto so gut wie nicht gebraucht. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit und hat uns bei der Ankunft sogar mit einer Flasche Sekt und einem Wein aus der Region überrascht. Merci beaucoup für einen entspannten Urlaub in dieser wunderschönen Ferienwohnung !
