Completely renovated, the house is bright and functional, it offers a beautiful living room with cathedral ceiling (wall-mounted TV screen - wifi), an open kitchen area furnished and equipped (dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, vitro hob with extractor hood, electric oven, Nespresso coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle ...), a bathroom (with washing machine), two adjoining bedrooms: the first being the one with a large bed 140 x 190 cm. the 2nd equipped with two twin beds 90 x 190 cm, possibility of putting them side by side. You benefit from a large private terrace of approximately 30m2, facing North East, equipped with a table with chairs, parasol ....
No parking (free streets 500m from the house), being in the heart of the city, you will no longer need your vehicle for the duration of your stay!
NB: a bedroom window on the upper floor of the neighboring house opens onto the terrace of the house ...
