'Nous avons passé 5 nuits dans cette maison traditionnelle au beau milieu d’un jardin tropical avec une piscine très agréable à quelques minutes à pied d’une magnifique plage de sable blanc. Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour et particulièrement de notre cuisinier Franklin qui nous a gâté en cuisinant des plats traditionnels délicieux. Nous recommandons cette maison et Franklin comme chef cuisinier sans hésiter. Un grand merci pour ce beau séjour et cet excellent accueil.'

'We have stayed several places on the east coast of Kenya. This was by far the best location in relation to the beach and restaurants. The pool was a highlight and the best we have ever had. Alfred was always on hand quickly when we had a need. The house was very spacious and for our family of five it was more than ample. However, the house is very old, or at least it appears that way. 'The house overall was as advertised it had a bit outdated/older bedding & nets with holes in them but not a huge issue just an easy thing to replace to make it a bit nicer. The main issue was water from the second day there was intermittent water. We were informed this was due to power being low voltage or off and since a pump got water to the house. Though other units in the compound near had power and water. The property director/on the grounds manager was not very helpful in quickly fixing...

'The hotel is beautiful, has a lovely pool but it is far away in farmer’s field and very difficult to find. Google maps sent me in the wrong direction. There should be signs and clear instructions on how to get here. It’s easy if you take the right road from the main highway. Staff is friendly and helpful. '

"Lovely resort. Staff were very kind and friendly. The bar and restaurant are very well appointed; I think they refurbished it not that long ago. The menu was extensive and the food good quality. Good pools, including a ‘quiet pool’, which is such a great addition. We had a lovely spacious room with sea view. Everything was clean and in good working order, nice bed and linens. The AC was working just like you’d want it to and made relatively little sound. Perhaps the bathroom could do with a little touch up. I would love to stay here again!"
