« We stayed for nearly a week in June, 2024. The outside of the buildings is weather worn, but we can see it is being worked on. The area where all the condo doors are reminds us of a tree house. Beautiful trees and plants and birdsong. There was ample parking right below our condo. Wheel barrows available for our luggage and supplies. Easy ramp for walking and then one flight of stairs. « We came to celebrate my boy’s 6th birthday. Everything was absolutely fabulous. The only reason for the 4 stars is the hike to the ocean was tough! That could have been advertised a bit more clear, especially when you are traveling with kids and trying to carry items it was extremely difficult. Otherwise great condo. »

« Great location right on the shore. Property very clean and well maintained. Nice kitchen with the little things you may have forgotten at home. Quiet, relaxing, and easy drive north to Capitola and Santa Cruz or south to Monterey. We will definitely return and recommend to friends. »

« We had a wonderful stay and it was just what our family needed. Maria was so responsive to any questions or requests we had. We were steps away from the beach. We were able to enjoy so many of the amenities within our place - board games, smores, nature walks, pickleball, seashell collecting and just had a wonderful vacation in this beautiful place. Would definitely recommend this to others! »

« #187 is a fantastic property. Clean, cozy and just a few steps away from the beach. The unit came with everything you could possibly need for a beach getaway. The beach toys and towels made it feel like home. Sleeping options were plentiful with multiple beds available. All in all very happy with our stay and will definitely book again for our next visit to Pajaro Dunes »

« We came here for my 40th birthday celebration and it’s such an Incredible ocean view from the livingroom and bedroom that you just can’t beat. It looks right over the dunes to the ocean. We watched whales and dolphins for two hours one morning as they fed!! Bring binoculars it’s so perfect for spying on ocean life! Balcony looks directly onto the dunes and ocean. Perfect for sunset views! We went on the beach and had a bonfire both nights and LOVED watching sunset with a fire and blankets...

« The cottage was just perfect for our weekend stay. It was spotless inside & the bed was very comfy. Grocery store was close by too. We enjoyed choosing a movie from the huge CD library. Might be a little old school now, but we loved it! Joe responded quickly to messages sent. Cant wait to stay again. »

« Such a cute place and conveniently a few blocks from the beach. Took a short trip and wished it were longer but we will definitely be back! Aptos has our hearts always! My daughter loved the loft as she could see the stars at night out of her window, my son loved his morning walks/run around the beach… and mom and dad loved just being away from work! »
