'This resort is a gem. Very quaint, rustic, and beautiful! We stayed at the waterfront rooms, and it's very convenient as it is close to all the amenities with a great view to boot. Mostly all the staff are smiling and courteous, very pleasant and attentive. The guests are happier and have been friends with a bunch. Food from all specialty restaurants are topnotch! Topaz, the buffet, is decent, typical AI buffet. And ofcourse, the beach - best sand ever. Never used my water shoes as it wasn't...

'Though not the most luxurious place I have ever stayed in, this vacation definitely owns a place in my personal top 3. Staff is friendly, and given the scale of the hotel the overall experience very intimate and personal. Rooms all have magnificent views, outdoor showers and overall comfort is good. Our room did have a ceiling fan that wasn't quite up to the task but all-in-all this did not affect the wonderful week we spent at Cocos. Food is excellent, give our greetings to Acarie.'

'Hammock Cove is an excellent property to vacation and relax. The ambassadors make sure you have everything you need to enjoy the stay. From arriving to checking out, everything was very pleasant. The waterfront villa's are an excellent choice with prime views of the ocean. The food was always great and staff is very accomadating. WIl definitely be visiting again!'

I feel I have to mention some shortcomings: The check in process is not straightforward, and actually annoying: you have to provide your reservation, although they already have your reservation and your room assignment, you have to provide a return flight reservation, you also have to fill out a registration form, although you already submitted your passport. The food is subjective topic, but one should not expect haute cuisine. Most of the time the sea is to rough to swim, or...

'Nice property, clean and quiet.. we had a relaxing time . Staff are all very nice and helpful. Room furniture’s are somewhat outdated but otherwise clean and spacious. I like the fact that our room was check and cleaned twice a day. Beach area is private and really nice and calm waters except from our last 2 days that seaweeds invaded the shore and somewhat smelly.. I cannot recommend the Italian restaurant on the resort!
