'The beds were nice. Free coffee and tea all day. The people were nice. It's a good quiet place. We didn't use the breakfast or the pool. Both are not in the complex, but in another building. For the swimming you need to pay extra. The rooms smelled a little musty. The shower had no hot water for a longer time, the second person was often cold.'

'This room was smaller than I expected and bed was quite thin and springy but as you’ll see in Guatemala. Still slept well. For such a central location it is surprisingly quiet. The staff are incredible. The garden is gorgeous. Be sure to take advantage of a pool day at their neighbor hotel Casa del Parque for only $5- it’s gorgeous and right around the corner.'
