Enjoy your time away in this brand new 3BR/2BA home. This centralized location is less than 11 miles to Clemson University, 5 miles to Anderson, and 8 miles to the town of Pendleton. Located just off Interstate 85 at exit 14, and 3 miles from Green Pond Landing on Lake Hartwell. Portman Marina is a short(1 mile)drive away offering lakefront dining and boat launch. This home features an open living space, dining and kitchen concept. There is two walk out patios and one features outside seating and grill. There is a one car garage that is great for smaller SUV or storage. This home has easy access to many boat ramps on Lake Hartwell. A kids jumping zone and beach area on the lake is located about 5 miles away.

This property is conveniently located close to I-85 and is a quick drive to the Clemson area. The property is open, clean, and has everything you could need. One small issue but 5star overall
This was everything is was advertised to be, matched photos, matched description(s), easy in/out, well-stocked towels, kitchen, plenty of trash bags, great washer/dryer. Even had extras of shampoo, etc…. As one of our guys forgot his. Master bed sheets had a bit of sand or grit in there but easily swept away. The price was right for what it provides and the distance from stadium and campus. Good choice for a game weekend

Good location and floor plan for week long stay.
We were very comfortable in this rental for the week we were there. It was in a good location to easily jump on the highway as needed. We liked the set up with three bedrooms and two full baths. We would recommend it to anyone looking in the area.
