'Couple of things broken in my room. Safe could not open 2 times, door to the jacuzzi was broken, jacuzzi was not clean when arrived so i did not trust the water and did not use it. Only the last 2 days it was cleaned. Overall the hotel is ok. Just book yourself a standard room. It's not worth the money to spend more on other rooms. The hotel staff is great. Friendly, helpfull and will make you feel welcome.'

'We stayed in this hotel for the first time and everyone really liked it. The service was really good. The rooms and bathrooms are also great. They provide free bottle of water at any given time. The place is amazing and being near by golden beach makes it a very reasonable place for your stay. You can get auto rickshaws easily at cheaper rates to visit Lord Jagannath’s temple as well. I would recommend anyone to stay here.'

Staat er ongevraagd een doos met ontbijt gereed. Of beltegoed lokale simcard is op en hotelpersoneel zorgt er voor dat tegoed wordt opgewaardeerd terwijl ik al weer onderweg ben. 'It was a wonderful value for a first class hotel. The keycards were a problem for the entire 3 days. But the politeness of the staff made up for the card problems. Breakfast was very tasty, but the chai was not good at all. Fix the keycards and chai and it would be the best hotel in Kolkata!'
