Villa Duma with private pool and jacuzzi which can be heated

Villa Duma is a modern 4 bedroom villa with private pool and jacuzzi. (Both of which can be heated for an additional charge - Pool heating is an additional 200 Euros per week/part week. Jacuzzi heating is an additional 70 Euros per week/part week).
The villa has Internet access (Wi-fi) and air-conditioning in the living room and bedrooms.
Accessed by steps, the villa comprises of fully fitted and equipped kitchen with electric oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave and separate laundry room with the washing machine.
The spacious living / dining area accesses the pool and terraces and has sofa, TV, dining table and chairs.
There are 2 bedrooms on the ground floor, each with twin single beds, fitted wardrobes and en-suite shower rooms.
Stairs access the first floor where there are 2 further bedrooms, each with large double beds, fitted wardrobes and en-suite bathrooms (bath with shower over). These bedrooms share a large terrace which has stairs accessing the ground floor terrace/pool area.
Externally there is off-street parking, private swimming pool, private jacuzzi and gardens.
The beautiful Maria Luisa Beach is just 10 minutes walk and a golf course just 2 minutes walk.
Ideally located just 15 minutes walk to the fishing village of Olhos de Agua with many shops, supermarkets, restaurants and bars.
Olhos de Agua is situated between Vilamoura and Albufeira with the former about 15 mins by car and the latter just 7 to 8 mins away.
The villa is a short drive from Faro Airport, not more than 35 mins. Golf courses are plentiful with the nearby 9 hole Sheraton Pine Cliffs while Vilamoura boasts no less than half a dozen courses, and you have the 9 hole Balaia village golf course just 2 minutes walk from the house.
There are several water parks close by as is the excellent Zoo Marine with famous Dolphin shows, all within a 25 min drive. The renowned Algarve Shopping complex in Guia is less than 15 mins by car.
The overall feeling within the gates of Vila Duma is one of tranquility and peace.
All facilities of Villa Duma, including the swimming pool, are for the exclusive use of renters only
Airport transfers can be arranged by owner (costs apply).
Pool heating is an additional 200 Euros per week/part week.
Jacuzzi heating is an additional 70 Euros per week/part week.
Travel cots are 25 Euros per reservation and baby chairs 10 Euros per reservation.

Zeer comfortabel en gastvrij
De villa is een paleis! Alles is in orde en compleet. De villa is bijzonder luxe en ruim en het verwarmde zwembad en jacuzzi waren heerlijk! De contacten met Helen en Nuno waren goed en zeer vriendelijk. Zonder voorbehoud aan te bevelen! Dit was niet onze laatste keer.

Wonderful Villa
We had a great week here and the villa was perfect for our family from 2 to 64 years old. The pool and Jacuzzi were great, and the outlook from the comfortable sun loungers was excellent too and it was nice to not be overlokked.The location was favourable with a well stocked intermarch supermarket around 10 minutes walk away aswell as bars and restaurants.

We had a lovely 2weeks in Villa Duma celebrating our 50th anniversary, we were there with our family from 7 to 70 the staff were lovely couldn’t be more helpful from booking to leaving . Such a beautiful Villa in a lovely resort have to mention Glorys restaurant and thai/Japanese our favourites. Hopefully be back someday .

We had a great stay at Villa Duma. Property was so close to lots of bars and restaurants and I short taxi into the sense of out of Albufeira & Vilamoura. The best So far

the property was clean and close to the beach but given the price it was below average - from there being next to no soap / shampoo / towels on arrival to having to pay separately for jacuzzi and pool heating, to the rather unattractive metal fence surrounding the property - cost cutting seemed the order of the day. orlando who looked after the property was excellent , but otherwise it was disappointing given the cost

Fantastic Week at Villa Duma
We stayed at Villa Duma between 15th and 22nd June and it was Fabulous!! From the moment we made the reservation, Helen was always on hand to respond to any queries we had. We were in 2 minds on whether we needed a rental car and we definitely did not. We were collected at the airport by Sebastian and then also had Tom available to take us wherever we needed to go. Anytime we called Pedro, he arranged for someone to transport us to Albufeira, Water Parks, Supermarket, Villamoura etc. The supermarket and small restaurants and beach are a short walk away. We needed transport for our first grocery shop, after that we just walked to get what we needed. Pedro was great, always very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. We have to say that we just could not fault anything. The villa is immaculate with all the facilities that you need for a family holiday. Thank You all for a lovely time at Villa Duma - we will definitely be back :-)

Family Holiday
We booked Villa Duma for our first family holiday abroad. Ages ranging from 3yrs - 55yrs.. It did not dissapoint. From booking the villa to arriving it was all very smooth and easy. Helen was great at seeing to all our needs and replying to any queries we had. The villa was spotless on arrival and had everything we needed. Perfectly located to restaurants and supermarkets and within walking distance to the beach. Pool was lovely and would recommend getting it heated. Lovely holiday had by all.

Fantastic villa everything you could need and more!
The quality of the villa was simply outstanding. We did not have any issues whatsoever, the pool and jacuzzi were superb the kids were never out of them. We had a fantastic week and would highly recommend the villa to anyone can't wait to come back.

A stunning villa in a beautiful location, well presented and maintained, clean, spacious and quiet.
With plenty of living space, pool and jacuzzi this villa ticked every box for us. Will definitely stay again. Well located, walking distance from supermarket, restaurants, golf and beach. Very friendly people, extremely helpful and our stay was made easier by an advance shopping list being organised, transfers to and from the airport and to have the transport available as a taxi was incredibly helpful! Thank you all for making our holiday perfect.

Wonderful villa
On arrival at Faro airport we were met by Carlos, the driver of the transport linked to Villa Dumas. He took us straight to the villa where we were met by the villa manager, a very pleasant lady who offered lots of useful information. We had a tour of the villa which was very impressed. The photos really do not do it justice. It is lovely to have en- suites in all the bedrooms. They were all beautifully clean, as was the whole villa, inside and out. The pools were superb and wonderfully maintained, we did pay to have them heated which was well worth the money. We made good use of the barbecue. The supermarket was in walking distance and was well stocked. We walked to the beaches which were also worth the walk. We used the minibus provided for the villa which was excellent value as was the service. Carlos the driver was lovely and really helpful. Highly recommend a trip to Vilamoura Marina, where there are lovely places to eat. Another good trip is a boat to see the dolphins and caves. We were advised to do this from Albufiera marina as the coastline was better. I would highly recommend this villa, which is high praise indeed. All that is left to say is have a wonderful holiday.
