Villa's in Alberic

'Check-in was alright. Steps in the dark are very dangerous. There are 2 motion sensored lights that last maybe 5 seconds each. We didn’t use the pool because it was too cold. The house was very cold when we arrived and through the first night. We found out later that someone turned off the thermostat. The Internet didn’t work for 2 days. The host stayed in contact and we finally figured it out. Again… someone had reset it. The furniture in the living room is not the same as the pictures. Not...

'This lovely villa in a fabulous location is let down by the poor maintenance and inadequate supplies. Several light bulbs need replacing; the aircon units are extremely dusty, blowing detritus into the room when first turned on; flush on downstairs loo doesn't always shut off and we had to buy a knife sharpener to get useable knives. Plus this is the first time we've arrived at a self-catering property – and we've done lots – with no supplies in the kitchen; nada: no condiments, no welcome...

'This property has everything you need for a great vacation. We were 5 adults and 2 kids who had a great time in this house. We had som tours in the area but mostly the kids wanted to be at the pool. The area is quite apart from barking dogs, but that’s a common problem throughout Spain. We can recommend this house for families.'

La casa tiene una estructura ideal para eso, ya que dispone de 6 habitaciones dobles muy amplias, cada una con su propio baño y hasta con su llave. Luego tiene amplias zonas comunes en las que los 11 que íbamos pudimos ver juntos una película (en un salón) o jugar todos a un juego de mesa (en el comedor). 'El chalet está muy bien, sin vecinos, y unas vistas espectaculares a las montañas de alrededor. La piscina es suficientemente grande, con hamacas y sombrillas, y hay un patio trasero grande y bonito. Los propietarios son amables y respondían a las cosas. Dejaron una paellera, con su quemador y bombona. El único problema, por llamarlo de alguna forma, fue que la electricidad se paga, y al segundo día, vimos que del garage salía un cable que estaba conectado al enchufe del garage, y al seguirlo,...
