'Nice condo with a hot tub. The kitchen was very well stocked and they anticipate most all of your needs. We would not have stayed here had we known it was on the third floor as the stairs were very difficult for a disabled person. There is an elevator in the building, but no directions on how to find it, as it was not near the entrance we were directed to use. The hot tub was very nice though and was a requirement for our trip. '

'We had a great experience staying at the condo in Girdwood. Easy walking access to the local shops and dining. Loved the indoor garage and even met some friendly neighbors. We would return again!'

'Great location for my shopping, very clean along with a handy robovac, good communication with host responds quickly, no questions asked or problems when asked to check in early and we forgot about the bonus for us, a sauna. Thank you'

'We have activities spread all over Anchorage and the surrounding area. This little townhome served as a perfect base camp for us. Close to a walking trail we used daily! Checking in and out was smooth and it had all the basics we needed, including the washer and dryer, which helped as we accidentally under packed (who ever does that?). Would stay again.'

'My stay was nearly 7 weeks to visit my son and his wife and my daughter and 6 grandchildren. The condo was a first floor comfortable space just right for this 75 year old. The kitchen was well supplied and the sofas were very comfortable. Gary and Laura were very attentive and quick to respond to my few requests. The neighborhood was quiet I would recommend having a car. I did not but the Lyft averaged about $15 to most anywhere in Anchorage. Cheney Lake was an added bonus and great for a...

'Big kitchen, very well stocked with everything you need but only breakfast counter to sit at. No table and chairs. Main bathroom is huge but no grap bars in tub/shower. Hot tub is the best! Sidewalk needs repair. Cracks and high spots. Be careful. All in all we enjoyed are stay.'

'We really enjoyed this property for our family vacation to Juneau. Gorgeous views of Gastinue Channel. Morning coffee on the deck with water views was a Home Run!! Already looking forward to coming back. Thank You! '

'We had a hard time with lockbox but we were all older so operator error rather than facility. The condo was perfect- clean, safe, convenient. The beds were comfortable an̈d the bathroom had toiletries and the washer/dryer with soap/dryer sheets. Craig was very responsive and the cleaner and maintenance man were also very personable. Wed stay there again.'

'Walking distance to the bakeshop and trailheads. We liked the forested view from the entry. The condo is basic but has what you need. Note that at the time of our stay the rental did not provide wifi.'

'This a clean, comfortable and well stocked rental that I would stay in again. We had a minor issue on our first day and Marshall was there within 15 minutes. Location was convenient. Overall it was an extremely enjoyable stay. '

The check in was a bit tricky as instructions did not specify which side of the building key was located. I went to what i thought was the main entrance and tried to figure out where the key was for about 20 minutes. 'Review of Augustine Sea Watch - lovely home on outskirts of Homer. Perfect for a family or two couples. Connie warned us about the steps - outside down to the home and bedrooms are not on the main level. Because we're a couple, we did not use the upstairs bedrooms, but the king bed (very comfortable) in lower level with attached bath. Home has beautiful views, well-equipped kitchen, good wi-fi. We enjoyed our stay'
