'Hotel is gedateerd, personeel sprak gebrekkig engels en was totaal niet service gericht. Kamer werd niet schoongemaakt; ontbijt was erg karig! '

'It is surrounded by a lot of shops and restaurants. The hotel is outdated and dirty, especially the elevator. The floor in the room was very sticky and dirty and some towels were dirty as well. Also very noisy. Do not recommend!'

'The main selling point of this hotel is the location. With a 10 minute walk to the station you are in Boston downtown very fast. Staff is friendly, but the facility is not in the best shape. Furniture is run down and the rooms are not clean. We had stains on the headrest of the bed and blood on the floor.'

'The room is spacious, more than what we expected. The bed is comfortable, bathroom is spot free, with huge mirror and ample slab space to place your make-up and other personal toiletry items. There is a fridge much bigger than the usual I have seen from other hotels and a microwave. Housekeeping team will ensure your room will always kept clean and tidy. The service people are very attentive. Buffet service trays and platters will never run empty. Counters are continuously being cleaned up...

'My daughter and I stayed the night before a college tour. A little difficult to get to but lovely. The staff is very friendly. Dinner at Adam’s Pub was excellent. Breakfast was good. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. Bathroom could use an update but that’s just being picky. It was a separate fee to park but only $10 and typical for any city.'
