Agriturismos in Abano Terme

'Impossible d'accéder à notre location. Impossible de joindre l'hôte malgré plusieurs sollicitations. Quant à Expedia et VRBO, plateforme en panne! Nous avons dû nous reloger avec 3 enfants par nos propres moyens. Dans l'attente d'un remboursement complet mais aucune trace depuis plus d'une semaine. Nous attendons un retour rapide des services d'expedia et/ou vrbo.'

'Abbiamo soggiornato nella strutta per 3 notti in 12 persone nel mese di dicembre. La villa è composta da 2 abitazioni che sono decisamente graziose , ben curate e confortevoli, con vari bagni e camere da letto. Una delle due abitazione ha uno spazio abbastanza grande per potersi riunire per stare tutti insieme per pranzi, cene e piacevoli chiacchierate davanti al caminetto. La villa si trova in una zona strategica per andare a visitare le città nelle vicinanze, tra cui Venezia e Padova. I...

'This is a stunning glamping resort with two regular suites inside the old farmhouse. The owners have decorated the whole place to the highest possible standards. The gardens and swimming pool are just stunning. We were staying in the two bedroom suite which was just beautiful. There was some road noise as the suite is located right next to the road, but it wasn’t bothersome for us. We asked the manager to show us the glamping tents and were stunned by the beauty and amenities. These are no tents...

'sopratutto mancanza di professionalità , NON vogliono assolutamente accontentare i clienti , servizi descritti inestistenti : manca wifi,la tv non funziona,manca il phon, manca il bidet, al rientro di sera tardi bisogna stare attenti ai cani liberi nella propietà,luogo in aperta campagna e non sempre raggiungibile con il tefono. SCONSIGLIO VIVAMENTE.'

'Purtroppo non ho potuto alloggiare perché non erano registrati su Hotels.com nonostante risultassero 3 stanze libere ed erano al completo. Sono stati così gentili da rimborsarmi immediatamente la cifra pagata sul app e mi hanno prenotato un alloggio in un'altra struttura vicina. '
