'dit is geen 5 sterren waard, ontbijt is zo beperkt, slechte service, 30 min wachten op een koffie, dan nog eens 15 min op meld. personeel loopt constant op hun gsm bezig hun socials te doen ipv op de klanten te letten. 42 euro voor een koffie, croissant en sneetje hesp is kaas is er echt over. als je dit aanklaagt krijg je als antwoord ; " we zullen he doorgeven". men heeft nog niet eens het professionalisme om u te woord te staan.'

'Gorgeous hotel with wonderful amenities and location. However, check in was very slow and tedious. Daily room service was poor, often left dirty glasses, did not replenish amenities and one day - no service at all, just a quick turn down without replenishing dirty glasses. Needs work! '

'Zeer goed hotel maar geen 5 stars. Kamer werd niet 2 x per dag in orde gezet. Ook geen gratis water op de kamer. Onze luxe kamer lag op 1 verdiep kant vd straat. Vanaf 6.30 u waren we wakker vd bouwwerf voor de deur. Precies of dat we wakker werden midden in een werf v afbraak en drilboren. '

'Great stay in the Marais. Location is good neat place de la bastille. Staff is professional. Rooms are large enough. No tips for improvement other then a larger safe where you can put a tablet in. That gives an idea of the state of this hotel. It is excellent.'

'Great location and style of hotel, spa is good and so is the service at the restaurant. Some small things that stopped it being a 5 star and only 4.... no travel tooth paste in bathroom provided, the tv connect system does not work despite us both trying on both phones and doing all the steps, restaurant staff very helpful but both the reception staff seemed a little cold and not very friendly/ did not seem willing to help when asked questions. Cleaning staff where also so loud in the mornings...
