'The architecture was amazing. The restaurants and food offerings were good (reservations were hard to come by when they were empty). Beautiful pools and beachfront. Staff was cordial and polite. Prices for items on menus vs. charges varied, issues with the toilet and sink in the room required fixing. It seemed like a new property trying to get their bearings. But for the location, food and atmosphere, I'd go back in a heartbeat.'

'Een heel mooi hotel in een rustige omgeving, gelegen precies tussen Tulum Pueblo en Tulum Beach. Je hebt dus wel een auto nodig. Als je van rust houdt, is dit hotel echt een aanrader. Ontbijt is wat aan de zuinige kant daarom hebben wij zelf vaak gegeten in Tulum Beach waar hele goede ontbijt tentjes zitten. Het personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam, al kregen wij bij binnenkomst weinig uitleg. De kamer (wij hadden Lagoon) was heel groot, netjes en rustig gelegen en een eigen klein zwembad,...

'El mesero Cayetano estuvo excelente nos atendió Perfecto, muy amable y muy conocedor del área del hotel y de cómo disfrutar mejor nuestra experiencia estuvimos encantados con el. Hubo un tema con el desayuno y lo resolvió rápido y de muy buena forma. Los precios son un poco altos pero la promoción de las margaritas fue muy buena! El Hotel es LINDO la cama muy cómoda, el servicio de café en la mañana excelente, es cozy y muy bien cuidado los detalles. En general muy bien todo definitivamente...

'El departamento muy cómodo. La zona donde está ubicado muy central, todo a la mano (restaurantes, farmacia, tienda conveniencia) Dos habitaciones amplias, cocina equipada. No apto para personas con dificultad de escaleras porque tiene muchas. La amenidad del jacuzzi privado limitado. La alberca del complejo pequeña y no bien cuidada. '

'La propiedad es moderna, comoda, la lavanderia ecxelente, el gimnasio necesita arreglosasi como aire acondicionado por las mananas (lo encienden hasta la tarde). Alberca es agradable, estacionamiento adecuado. Aire acondicionado dentro de la unidad es muy bueno, camas y muebles en buen estado. Privacidad y silencio asi como seguridad son acceptables. Areas comunes necesitan mas atencion, el personal no es activo.'

'This place is so beautiful! The pictures don't do it justice. The photos cannot convey the feeling of peacefulness and serenity that I felt as soon as I walked in. The pool area is very nice and there is a poolside restaurant and spa as well. I did yoga in the yoga tower one morning at sunrise and it was so rejuvenating.
