'This property was absolutely stunning and delivered beyond our expectations. The rooms were very clean and linen was comfortable. The staff was very friendly and very knowledgeable on the Vic Falls area. They assisted with recommendations on activities that fit our schedule and were very proactive in ensuring we knew when we would be picked up for these excursions. The breakfast was good and full of flavour!
They also assisted in decorating the room we stayed in for a special occasion! It...

'The apartment was beautiful, well decorates and comfortable. Included breakfasts were delicious. Super impressed with the bag breakfast we took with us on one of our safari days. Only downside is it is a little bit from the center of town. However that made the respite that much more peaceful.'

'I cannot say enough about this Lodge. If I can give it more than five stars I would come, especially because of the hostess Thandi. From the initial check-in to every day when I saw her, she took care of every meat I had. She made sure that I pre-ordered my meals. She took care of booking my chores and a dinner in the evening. She made sure that I got a ride too and from the airport. The staff at the restaurant was exceptional. I was the only guest in the hotel for two out of the four nights and...

'Ontzettend gastvrije lodge. De medewerkers helpen waar ze kunnen.
De kamer is schoon. Badkamer is beetje onhandig ingericht.

'The staff were attentive, warm and very engaging, from those in maintenance to the ones in the restaurant. Tendo was a rock at the front desk! She helped us get trusted drivers for transportstion when required. The property grounds were well maintained and we found the room and bedding comfortable. The location is convenient - slightly off the main road but within walking distance of town of Victoria Falls if so desired (25-30 minutes). Would highly recommend Batonka Lodge!'

14. A'Zambezi River Lodge
A'Zambezi River LodgeVictoria Falls
8.6 van 10, Voortreffelijk, (354 beoordelingen)
'De lodge ligt schitterend aan de Zambezi. Vraag om riverview! Goed ontbijt.

'I enjoyed swimming in my private pool! The resort was amazing, clean and the staff very friendly and helpful. I felt pressure to tip everyone, which was overwhelming as there are a lot of people helping you. There is a collective tip box but it doesn't include tipping the drivers and front office staff. In future I would let everyone know I will tip them on the last day and avoid the stress of having tip money with me all the time. '

'What a great find! It is a gated home with nice grounds and a pool. The beds were very comfortable and came with mosquito netting which was nice but not needed. The breakfasts were nice out on the patio. The upstairs honor bar was a nice place to hang out. Housekeeping did an amazing job as they neatly folded my clothes and hung up my shirts. I was embarrassed that they took it upon themselves to pick up after me. If you need a taxi service Jamel Safaris and taxis was very good. We used it...
