'Our family really enjoyed the amenities this hotel offered, but were sad to learn the pool was under construction. It’s not the hotels fault, but I’d say Expedia included the closure in very small print that I did not notice when booking, so that was a bummer. I’m sure it will be beautiful when it’s re-opened. 'The place was amazing. Literally right on the beach and next to a public park. Amazing views from our balcony. Lots of fun amenities for the kids. They really enjoyed the heated pool and game room. Will definitely stay here again if we come back to Oxnard. '

'Het kleinschalige hotel zit op een perfecte locatie, op 1 minuut lopen vanaf het strand. De hele accomodatie is schoon, fris en super hip ingericht. Service ook perfect, hele aardige receptioniste en elke dag stonden er andere hapjes klaar. Zwembad schoon en groot en heerlijke loungebedden.. Mochten wij ook weer in Santa Barbara verblijven, dan zou ik meteen weer boeken! '

'We enjoyed our stay. Staying at Palihouse makes you feel like you’re actually living within the Presidio neighborhood in Santa Barbara. The rooms are a nice size, the bed was comfortable and it was just what we needed for a weekend away. The location is really great. It’s close to shopping and restaurants on State Street, wine tasting rooms, and lots of great coffee shops. We loved walking around the neighborhood and would definitely stay here again. '

'Most of the time, the pictures make the rental look better than it is. In this rare case, it was the opposite. The pictures made the place look fantastic, but it was even better in person. Very clean. Very luxurious. Private entrance and garage. Multiple private balconies. Everything is within walking distance. Great for families with kids. Couldn’t ask for a better location. '
