'Very welcoming staff at reception. Excellent location. Room can use some ergonomic improvements, for example, there is only one pillow on the bed, so reading is not easy. The TV is placed so high up on the wall across from the bed that it's really uncomfortable to look at. Lower the TV so that some in bed (the only possible place to see it) can view it without neck pains. More pillows would partial resolve this issue. I've stayed at this hotel more than twenty times. The location is perfect.'

'The hotel facilities were excellent and the ambience was quite pleasing. The only negative point was that for the duration of our stay, there was a foul stench coming from the drain of the shower cubicle for the three days that we were there. It appears that every time y toilet was flushed in the apartments above us there would be a bubbly sound coming from the drain of the bathroom. We got the same sound whenever we flushed our toilet. It appears the drain of the shower cubicle was acting...

'Hotel located in a good part of Geneva, close to the central train station. Rooms are okay, not too big but also not very small. Iron board is part of the standard room offering, also free water is included. Bathroom is really outdated and mixing cold and warm water when taking a shower in the bath is something I did not have to do for ages, and hope next time this is fixed and upgraded'

'De nachten waren niet zo rustig door het lawaai van de tram en de bussen. De kamer trillede letterlijk elke keer de tram voorbij reed. Het zou aangenamer geweest moest er gratis drinkwater gegeven worden op de kamer. Wat ik persoonlijk het jammer vond. De rest is oké.'
