« Aside from the reality that we met some Tennessee bugs for the first time in our room before being moved to another room, this was an outstanding experience. The hotel and everything were great, the people were great, the experience was great, and the park was great. « I was looking for a nice quiet room to stay for a trip to the GRSM. This place was great! As a camper, it was a nice change to have a beautiful natural scene out the back balcony and then the comfort of 4 walls and a bed without sleeping rough. What a treat! Close to the park. Gatlinburg a bit much for me but looks like it would be great for families and couples. Room was well furnished and the staff was friendly. Would recommend! »

« The water heater in the unit is probably on its way out. It kept the water hot just enough for 3 out of the 5 members during our stay. The other 2 had cold water showers which was not desirable. »

« We like the lodge and this was our second time there. We would return if we come back to the area. The room was clean but there were cobwebs in some corners and the balcony area did not seem clean. A large group was at breakfast and this highlighted the need for more seating space. »

« Enjoyed the view and how easy it is to get into Pigeon Forge - about 2 blocks from the main drag. Everyone we meet was friendly and welcoming. Arrived after office was closed and the security person, Bill. Helped us get our packet and even took us to our room to make sure we could get in. Betsy in the office was also very nice and helpful. Truly enjoyed our stay and would love to return. »

« I like that it’s just outside of the main strip of Pigeon Forge. So, it’s a good safe and quiet place for anybody to stay especially if it’s their first time visiting. »
