'The property and the management is world class. I would like to call out Tarang at the lobby desk, he is extremely caring, very hospitable guy. he went out of his way to help me with a personal medical situation I was addressing. The lobby manager Anurag too was very helpful. Folks are very hospitable, the bartender Vinay is a great guy too. The music room with live room adds more charm to the property. Fully stocked bar.. A must visit place.'

'The worst hotel I’ve stayed. This was advertised as a four star property. This was misleading and at best a one star. The property is old and run down. Totally overpriced. The first room offered was unacceptable and the second room did not have water, i had to use the hotel communal toilet. The food ordered was not awful. We skipped the restaurant on the second day and drove 40 minutes to a dominos. The breakfast advertised was buffet. This was not the case. All I was offered was eggs and toast....

'Overall the experience is good. We had booked two rooms. We can see the snow-clad mountain as a back ground. Few points, water flow in the bathroom was quite bad. Both the bathrooms had stinking smell. Fresh towels were not supplied next day - till we asked for it. The price vs the facilities, I will say price is at a higher side.'

'The R R hotel, was In a perfect position for our trip to McLeodgang, been a 10 minute walk into the small center. All male staff were very friendly, and the hotel was clean and comfortable. We were there in march for the cricket, and you’ve got to consider that you are at a very high altitude and it’s a lot cooler. Beds were very comfortable and you got a thick blanket as well. 'The hotel did not switch on generator for about 3 to 4 hours at night when regular electric supply was disrupted. On complaining ,the staff said that as customers did not request for generator supply, they did not switch it on. Their position was that now since you asked for it, we shall switch the generator on whereas it should have been a matter of routine in the event of power disruption. Secondly, regardless of discomfort & disturbance to guests, continous hammering was resorted to at night...
