'Super kind staff in every facet. For us, White 1921 was the best combination of luxury and convenience. Plus the location is very central so there is no need to shuttle around because everything is in walking distance. The breakfast is delicious with some very nice cooked options; and the spa is easy to use. I would absolutely stay here again. '

'Great hotel. Unfortunately the hotel and many locations around do not offer any food service before 7:30 pm. If you like to dine early which is better for health you are out of luck. Any many locations are small and do not like walk-ins. In fact they are rather rude about walk-ins. You have to book well in advance. '

'Good location. The property walls are all scratched up inside. The WiFi does not work in bedroom and bathroom only in living room. No checkout instructions if leaving before opening hours '

'Typical chalet property with super friendly and accommodating staff. The property could do with some serious renovation in terms of style (we are in 2020 now!) but the hotel is comfortable. The shuttle from the hotel into the resort eradicates any concerns about distance. Ski in / ski out: hmmm it is a bit of a walk to the slope but doable. Hotel does need to sort ski room system (room numbers would be a start) so that guests don’t accidentally take the wrong skis. Would recommend staying at...
