'Our stay at Zenza was great! Staff were always pleasant and full of recommendations for beaches, restaurants, and special events around the island. Only a few walkable restaurants nearby, so recommend renting a car (unless you're willing to pay for taxis everywhere). Appreciated the golf cart ride to nearby beaches, but we also walked one day and very easy to get to.'

'Lovely property with lots of areas around to find your “spot.” Great service! Room was spacious and always cleaned very well. Beautiful property! Food was average, I’d say, around the resort. Adequate but not excellent. Location is right on gorgeous Grace Bay and within two blocks of a really nice grocery store. Many dining and shopping options right outside the gates. Overall, highly recommend!'

'The property was excellent. Nice, quiet and not crowded at all. Chairs were always accessible by the beach and pool. The location was great. Across the street from the beach. Staff was very nice and helpful. '

'I loved Ocean Club west. I loved the room, and the convenience of the restaurant right off of the beach, although it was a little pricey. I also really love that they have a beach bar. I just wish the beach bar's music was a little louder at certain times to set that real vacation vibe. Overall I love this place and will most definitely stay again. No complaints at all.'

'This will ne my 2nd home!! Wenie, our concierge was fabulous. She texted prior to our arrival, when we arrived and every morning to check on us. Our cottages were the cutest ever, kitchen area, 2 separate rooms for privacy if traveling with a friend. There's security that patrols the cotteges. Jeffrey, the shuttle driver, will take you to the beach, which is breath taking on its own, but theres a designated are for the people that stay at Kokomo with chairs and umbrellas. 'A beautiful resort to stay at. The property is immaculate and the gentleman that are outside attend to your every need. This year we did get put in a unit that needed a little TLC. Also, I would recommend going over your detailed incidentals on a daily basis. Not just a summary at the end of your stay. Would definitely stay here again. '

'We had a wonderful experience in a 2 bedroom, 2 bath oceanfront suite which gave us plenty of room for us and our 2 teenage girls. They are all oceanfront and all 3 bedrooms/3 baths, they just lock out the rooms depending on how many bedrooms and baths you need--the upside is every suite gets the same living space and incredibly spacious deck! The grounds are stunning and meticulously landscaped. Our unit was immaculate and the kitchen had everything you could ever need from pots and pans, to...

'The property was immaculate and the service was outstanding. It was quiet and we felt safe. The only down side (which we knew going in) is there was no dining options on the property. The did offer a free complimentary breakfast. There was a hotel just down the beach (10 minute walk) that had multiple restaurants. Great place to stay. Highly recommend! '

'We enjoyed a complimentary late check out, offered by the manager when he knew we had a mid afternoon flight. One of the showers of the villa had problems. It fell only a trick of water and we had to use the one upstairs. It did not make our stay any less pleasant though.'

'The property itself was very nice. The accommodations meaning the rooms sitting areas were fantastic. The beach was very accessible very close and very clean. What we didn’t like was we didn’t the transportation options. Every cab ride was at least 25 bucks even for less than a mile. The supermarkets were very expensive but other than that it was fantastic.'
