'The room was not clean, bad smell + cigarettes smell during the whole night (non smoking room), noisy party until 05:00AM, the hot dishes at breakfast were cold, rotten cucumbers that I wouldn’t dare to serve, the parking was full and they did not assist with offloading space or told us about the valley parking. Very high price for a very bad experience. We will never stay there again. '

'Arrived at the hotel during a Sunday afternoon rally event. Traffic was heavy and parking was scarce. The receptionist found me a spot to park and get registered. Once the event traffic subsided, the receptionist found me a better parking spot. With parking accomplished, everything else was a dream. Wonderful staff and facilities.'
