« Chambre non conforme à la réservation. Chambre handicapée (non demandée) sale et vétuste. Après 1h, nous avons quitté l'hôtel sans y dormir. Après contact avec Hotel.com, comme l'hôtel anglais ne rembourse pas, hôtel.com ne fait rien de plus et ne propose qu'une obole de 25€ et c'est tout. Scandaleux ! Ancien client de ce site (nombreuses réservations) nous déplorons la relation clientèle dans ce cas de figure. »

Didn’t like at all the 6£ tax/person a day, every day, for using the pool and jaccuzzi. That’s not a cheap hotel : it should be included in the room rate. Bit stingy. And annoying. »

« This was an absolute gem of a retreat. I was on a choir visit at The Abbey and needed to get there and back quickly between rehearsals and services and the place was just gorgeous.
