'Si bien es hermosa arquitectónicamente … es bastante desordenado todo. Cuando hacen fiestas lamentablemente me tocó ver baños sucios y no existía un orden en los huéspedes q entraban y salían del lugar. Fuera de eso tiene unas vistas espectaculares. Pero falta más eficiencia de parte del equipo hotelero'

'The hotel is very comfortable in the centre of Pucon but just outside the restaurant area so no sound at all. Safe area. Very comfi, big beds, good shower. Breakfast is excellent and service great. Very helpful with booking tours and advising about the area. All in all very good value for money. The only thing we didn't particularly like is that we had to move rooms for our third night.'

'Nice place, great shower! I stayed in what looked to the be the original unit and it has some wear. The other units were built in 2014 and looked in much better shape. So ask for the two floor units. Security is great, large gate with remote opener for after hours. WiFi is pretty slow at times.'

'The manager was warm, friendly, and welcoming. Also greeted by beautiful Siamese cat. The unit also had a nice small kitchen. Only there for a night, but would think it would be a nice place to stay for a longer period at a reasonable price. Unrelated to the quality of the accommodations, the horse flies at the park trails really made the hiking experience less than stellar. '

'Local totalmente diferente da foto anunciado. Muito ruim. Caro pelo que oferece. Fizemos uma viagem de 20 dias pelo Chile e esse foi o hotel que menos nos agradou. '

'We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Indomito. Decorated in natural wood and Indigenous art it felt very much a part of the Pucon experience. Perhaps best is the rooftop spa with a 360° view of the area including the volcano the lake and the mountains. The rooms were comfortable, the staff was friendly, and the included breakfast was great. The price was well below what I would have expected for such a hotel.'

'I had an incredible experience at Mirador Los Volcanes Lodge Boutique! The views were absolutely unbeatable, providing a breathtaking backdrop for my stay. The cabins were not only comfortable but also spacious, equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. My family thoroughly enjoyed our time here. 'Amazing scenery, walk to riverfront, tasteful decoration of the property, superb breakfast. We did have some problems with the gate though. Be sure to arrange exactly when you arrive so the host knows they need to be on the property when you come to open the gate for you. Once you check in, you get a remote that opens the gate. Not a big deal, but better prepared. '
