« This was a comfortable, quiet hotel with friendly staff and good breakfast served in a pleasant patio area. Showers worked fine, and sitting outside on the balcony was nice. The location is an easy walk to Victoria Mall or the bus park to get a cheap ride into Kampala. »

« The team was Amazing. The manager Denis was so helpful, Kind and did everything over and above to make up for the mistakes made by Expedia in advance. We arrived in Entebbe around 11pm. Myself, my wife and my 1 year old son passed 3 hours circulating into the city trying to find the Hotel. In the booking confirmation message I received from Expedia stated “Plot 4 Kamuli Road, Entebbe, Ouganda” as the location/address of the hotel. After spending hours and $46 USD. Once we were there they demanded us to pay for using the kitchen table and stove. The staff wanted us to pay extra cash beside the booking fees paid online. « Excellent séjour dans cet endroit très beau installé sur les rives du lac Victoria. Les suites sont installées à proximité du rivage avec une très belle vue depuis les fenêtres et le balcon. « The Frontiers Hotel in Entebbe provides a nice stay at an affordable price when arriving into Entebbe. The room was very clean & comfortable. The hotel staff is amazing and very accommodating to guests. The only negative comment is that the hotel isn’t very close to any stores by which to purchase snacks/drinks. The walk into Entebbe town is 3+ miles with lots of vehicular traffic zooming around. I recommend using a taxi or boda boda to get around. »

« The room we were given was not what we booked. When asked for the room we booked we were shown an incredibly run down version of it in a building that was undergoing repairs so we opted for the room they initially assigned. It costs $50000 UGX to get a ride to town so we felt a bit trapped but I’m sure people accustomed to resorts are used to this. "The team was Amazing. The manager Denis was so helpful, Kind and did everything over and above to make up for the mistakes made by Expedia in advance. We arrived in Entebbe around 11pm. Myself, my wife and my 1 year old son passed 3 hours circulating into the city trying to find the Hotel. In the booking confirmation message I received from Expedia stated “Plot 4 Kamuli Road, Entebbe, Ouganda” as the location/address of the hotel. After spending hours and $46 USD. Trying to find the place, we finally got at the Hotel around 2:30 am. Even the phone number provided weren’t working. Other than that, the hotel is very good and highly recommended. "
