'We have stayed here on multiple visits to Gold Coast and always enjoyed our visit. The rooms are large and clean with a balcony overlooking the beach area. The buffet breakfast is very good. Convenient to both Surfers Paradise and Broad Beach with a tram stop right in front of the hotel.'

'We had a corner room with a panoramic view across the canals and towards the mountains. It’s a very new and very modern hotel, part of the Star complex. Short walk to Pacific Fair shopping centre and to Kurrawa beach. You can swim at the beach in front of the Kurrawa Surf Lifesavers Club or in one of the many pools in the hotel complex. Lots of eating and entertainment options within the complex and at Broadbeach. Great service, Don the concierge was particularly helpful. '

'We liked the convenience of arriving early and our room was available for an early check in! The room was on the 21st floor and had perfect ocean views. Check in was great and also check out was a breeze. The pool area was so nice, plenty of sun lounges and great service from the pool bar. Also breakfast in the morning at their FIXX cafe was brilliant! Would stay here again. '

'We were greeted in a very nice manner. The room however was outdated and there was a strange noise outside the room. When we complained about this we had an upgrade and that room was much nicer. Never book the cheapest room. We’ve enjoyed our stay but never had a 5-star feeling. Some staff were excellent but others had no idea how to treat a customer. When our room was cleaned the Versace pillows were thrown on the floor. There was an extra sheet laying on my suitcase??? and the curtains were...
