« Free private parking. Receptionist Anca adorable. This is really the strong point of this hotel. Breakfast could be more varied. The window door of our room should be repaired because it opens. « This was a father/daughter run guesthouse and they were very accommodating. The rooms are good sized and very clean with everything needed for a good stay, including tea, coffee and bottled water. There is no elevator but they graciously helped bring our suitcases upstairs. The breakfast (included) was excellent. This was more like staying with friends at their house. »

« I had booked my stay for 10 days but checked out on the 3rd money. Staff were ok, but none of them spoke English apart from alexanderia. As the hotel didnt gave many guests everynight they would take off the a/c.it was boiling, the minibar wasn't working.All our drinks were hot. Its a nice hotel, with lovely decorations but no customer service or care for guests. Breakfast was basic and the menu is the same everyday. However i do have to say there chef is amazing, the food was excellent. ...

« Safe location, perfect cleanliness, friendly staff, large parking lot. Poor breakfast, poor soundproofing, bad sewage smell in the bathroom. »

« The room was way too small for 3 people (three beds room) Bathroom was in need of repair - shower enclosure faulty and black mould. Beds were from the communist era with pointy springs digging into your back so you stay vigilant. »

« Excellent hotel situated in the outskirts of Craiova. Large, clean and modern rooms. Friendly staff familiar with giving excellent service to guests. Situated next to a main road and with free parking on the premises, makes this hotel easy to acccess for travellers. The reception gladly provides you with a taxi to the city centre.
