'Staff was nice and very helpful with getting a first floor room for a wheelchair user. The inside pool was nice, but loud. Outside pool was not open yet, but looks like a fun place for kids. A nice lobby, gift shop, arcade and food venues. Super nice Toon Room for kids to do crafts and guests to see a movie. The room was comfortable but only a one bean bag chair and no other chairs in the room. Could hear outside noise, but slept well. Nice concept overall. Even had characters during the morning...
