'I booked on short notice and was very happy about my choice. I had a heartly welcome and the staff was super friendly and helpfull with every request I had. 'We stayed at Simba for 4 days and our time there was so great. The staff were so welcoming, friendly and helpful. The restaurant food was absolutely delicious (we ate breakfast there every morning and dinner there every night). 'My main challenge is that on Orbitz I booked and paid for a 3 bedroom villatogether with flights. The property only has double rooms. I could notb find anyone to talk to at Orbitz only a virtual assistant. I was unable to explain my predicament. I ended up taking 3 doubles which actually doubled my cost. The hotel told me it is a mistake on the Orbitz website!!!!'
